I spend a lot of $$$ on this Laptops, Amplifier and graphic card.
the "clicking" noise starts.īoth fans seems to be working fine without any issuesĬan't stand it anymore with Dell / Alienware. back to normal but the sound would come back the moment I would start the game. Stops just a few seconds once I stop the game.Ĭhecked the Video Card and Fan. Unfortunately there is a strange clicking noise only when it uses a lot of graphic power by launching either game. This time I could hear the fans spinning from the Amplifier and Video Card as if finally the fans/video card is picking speed due to heat/process Started Fallout 4 and also Call of Duty: Black Ops III (Steam)
#AMD RADEON R9 390 SERIES DRIVER CRASHES INSTALL#
Installed the complete suite, only selected the following:Ĭheck Device Manager à AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Series installedĪMD Install Manager 9.0.000.4 installed too (This is from step 11) Here are the steps done that I've tried but failed:Ĭhecked Device Manager à Display Drivers à Microsoft Basic Display Adapter detect and there This is how it actually looks like in the Amplifier because it doesn't fit and I tried on 3 Amplifier: This is how the actual video card looks like: Stupid video card doesn't fit in Amplifier without removing the case Games like DOOM 2016 would crash right away Driver would be loaded and showing but the frames would be low Blank Screen at boot up, had to unplug everything for 5-10 minutes OS Would boot but half of the systray would load and OS would freeze Mouse pad not responding nor USB external The symptoms would very from each boot but it would have many common/repeated issues: At that point there will be many more BIOS release and I am sure Dell will be able to fix their bugs. Since a month now I've had this Amplifier and Graphic card and I am returning them both to get a refund and maybe wait 2-3 years before purchasing it.
